· Thank you for visiting our parish church website.
· St. Cross is the parish church in Clayton, an inner city district of Manchester, situated about two miles to the east of the city centre.
· A warm welcome awaits you at St. Cross Church.
· We have regular services throughout the week, with our Parish Eucharist every Sunday at 10.30am.
· Children are very welcome to all our services, and there is a Junior Church every Sunday during the parish Eucharist at 10.30am.
· The church was designed by the eminent Victorian architect of the Gothic revival, William Butterfield (1814-1900).
· For over 125 years St. Cross, through the Catholic tradition of the Church, has bore witness to the Christian Gospel in worship, fellowship and involvement in the community at large.
· Please browse through our website, and if you would like any further information about any aspect of the life of this church, please contact us.
